10-Mans Queue - Solo Competitive 5v5

The 10-Mans queue is HubMatch's flagship solo competitive mode. Ten individual players are gathered, split into two balanced teams, and play a ranked 5v5. You do not need a team - just yourself - so it is the best way to compete and climb on your own.

How You Enter

You can join 10-Mans on your own, or invite friends and queue together as a party of up to five players. A party always lands on the same team. Your region is auto-detected from your profile and the queue is region-locked, so EU plays EU, NA plays NA, and so on.

Where the Discord bot is enabled, you also need a linked Discord account and membership of the HubMatch Discord server before you can join, because the bot sets up voice channels for the match.

Positions

10-Mans requires a position pick. The 5v5 template needs one of each: Goalkeeper (GK), Last Man (the deepest defender), Box-to-Box (covers the whole pitch), Support Striker (links play and finishes), and Striker (the main attacker). All-Rounder is the flexible role: if a team is short a goalkeeper, an All-Rounder is slotted in to cover it. The matchmaker aims to give each team a full, balanced set of roles.

Ready Check

When ten players are gathered the system forms two rating-balanced teams and starts a 30-second ready check. If everyone accepts, the match is created; if anyone declines or times out, the match is cancelled and the rest return to the queue.

Lobby and Result

A random player on each team is made captain. One captain hosts a custom Rematch lobby and shares the lobby code through the match interface. After the game, captains report the result with a screenshot. Both sides agreeing finalizes the series; no response within the verification window auto-accepts the result; a disagreement opens a dispute.

ELO Impact

10-Mans uses your Ranked ELO, a solo rating kept completely separate from your team's Tournament ELO. Everyone starts at 1200, your first placement matches move faster, and wins and losses adjust your rating after every series.
